Just a tip, I was told this by a friend so it's understandable that many people may not know this but in duel servers the etiquette is to tell someone you want to duel them you flourish your weapon (press X then 1) and once both people flourish you begin the duel (although many people will figure out if someone wants to duel them without flourishing but it can make it confusing if you don't have a clear signal). Staying crouched signifies you are healing since to heal you have to stay still in one place.
